It is with profound sadness that we have allowed our lovely friend “Kayak” to pass away peacefully today. All of the nurses and clinicians involved are deeply sad as they had grown to know and love her in these past few days. We had all done our very best to support her both emotionally and physically over these difficult days, but unfortunately her ordeal had resulted in irreparable damage to her internal organs.
