Rehabilitation Team

At Fitzpatrick Referrals we believe that rehabilitation is integral to the success of orthopaedic and neuro-surgical intervention, promoting increased mobility, reducing pain and inflammation and reducing recovery time. Rapid restoration of normal function is the goal but the psychological benefits to both patient and owner are often significant.

Amie Slade, Alice Harrington & Diane Herrett - Hydrotherapy Assistants

Each patient is introduced to the pool slowly and gently with two assistants in the water to start with. Our team are always in the water alongside the animals and soon build up a rapport with them in the relaxed, warm atmosphere.
