Dr Marius Brataas Stordalen
Surgical Resident (ECVS) / DVM MRCVS
Dr Marius Brataas Stordalen graduated from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in Oslo in 2017. He worked at a busy referral centre in central Oslo before moving to the United Kingdom, where he completed a one-year rotating internship at a referral hospital in Cambridgeshire. In 2018, Marius joined Fitzpatrick Referrals for a one-year surgical internship. Following the completion of his surgical internship, Marius worked in general practice in Woking, Surrey, before returning to Fitzpatrick Referrals in February 2021 to begin his residency.
He is currently enrolled on a three-year European College of Veterinary Surgeons (ECVS) approved residency programme in small animal surgery. Although he is interested in all aspects of small animal surgery, Marius particularly enjoys hepatic surgery, endocrine surgery, arthroscopy and fracture management.
