Fitzpatrick Referrals is looking for a registered veterinary nurse to join our night team as a night coordinator at our hospital in Eashing, Surrey.
This role plays a key part in the organisation, working to oversee the inpatient care for all our patients overnight. As Night Coordinator, alongside your nursing responsibilities, you will guide and provide support to your night nurse and veterinary care assistant colleagues in both clinical and interpersonal matters.
The role requires someone who can work under pressure and work collaboratively with stakeholders of all levels. It is therefore essential that the candidate possesses excellent people and communication skills, is proactive and resourceful with the ability to deal with a busy and demanding role.
This position is ideal for an experienced night nurse who wants to take the next step in their career and take on additional responsibility whilst maintaining their love of inpatient care at the core of their role. Experience in a busy ward environment is essential, some experience in a role that requires an additional level of organisation or co-ordination would be beneficial but not essential as training, and support will be given to the successful candidate.
This is a full-time role working a pattern of 7 nights on, 7 nights off Monday-Sunday, 7.30pm – 7.30am.
