Fitzpatrick Referrals is looking for an individual to join the surgical technician team to prepare and maintain the surgical instruments. This role involves working with the clinical team to ensure the provision of surgical kit is efficient and accurate for the smooth running of the surgical caseload.
You should be a dynamic individual with high attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be a quick learner with exemplary communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Previous experience of working with animals and/or in a theatre environment is desirable but not essential.
This is a full-time role working a 40-hour week over a range of different shift patterns between the hours of 6am and 9pm. You will work as part of a bank holiday rota and a 1:8 weekend rota with days off in lieu. There will also be a 6-month training programme in place.
