Katrina Endfield

Kat joined Fitzpatrick Referrals as a newly qualified veterinary nurse in 2017, where she developed her advanced nursing and anaesthesia skills. She has been leading and managing teams for three years, as a senior RVN in 2021 and clinical nurse lead in 2023, before becoming head nurse in 2024.
