A team dedicated to ensuring the wellbeing of the people who work within Fitzpatrick Referrals, and manage recruitment.

Finance
This team manages the settling of invoices, working with insurance companies, and managing payment plans to support clients.

Hospital maintenance
This team ensures the physical maintenance of the buildings and grounds of Fitzpatrick Referrals.

Triage & client care
This team works closely with our clinicians and referring vets to swiftly triage new patient referrals, both emergency and routine. They also support clients with their appointment booking and pre-consultation preparation.

Reception
This team manages clients on their arrival at the practice, ensuring they know what to do and where to go and that they have everything they need. They also take phone calls, manage enquiries, assist with incoming referrals and book appointments.

Clinical Secretary
The clinical secretary supports the clinicians with the preparation and writing of clinical reports to share with referring primary care vets.

Marketing & communications
This team manages the brand of Fitzpatrick Referrals including our website, digital and social media, and printed marketing materials.

Research
Our team of researchers gather data from cases and specific procedures that will help inform veterinary medicine to further improve the care we provide for future patients and the veterinary profession at large.
