Directions

  • 7 miles after Guildford, leave the A3 and turn left into Eashing (just before the Shell garage).
  • Go over a small bridge and past ‘The Stag on the River’ pub on your right-hand side.
  • Turn left at the top of the hill into Eashing Lane.
  • Continue for 0.4 miles, and then turn left into Halfway Lane.
  • You will see Fitzpatrick Referrals ahead of you.

  • Leave the A3 and head towards the A287 (Elstead and Milford).
  • At the roundabout leave at the third exit onto the A283.
  • Leave the A283 and turn left into Eashing Lane.
  • Continue along Eashing Lane for 1 mile and then turn left into Halfway Lane.
  • You will see Fitzpatrick Referrals ahead of you.

  • At the ‘Inn on the Lake’ pub roundabout leave at the second exit and continue on the A3100.
  • Pass under the railway bridge and take the first right into Eashing Lane.
  • Continue along Eashing Lane for 1 mile.
  • Turn right into Halfway Lane, just after the CALA Homes turning.
  • You will see Fitzpatrick Referrals ahead of you.
  • Please note: If you are travelling with a sat nav from this direction, it may direct you past Godalming Station and up a lane that becomes a bridle path and ends in a dead-end – please DO NOT follow this route. There is nowhere to turn around.

  • Godalming Station has a well-serviced taxi rank outside run by Clocktower Cars to take you the 6-minute journey to our hospital.

Sat nav users

Enter the full address: Fitzpatrick Referrals, Halfway Lane, Eashing GU7 2QQ and check that the route arrives at the practice via the Eashing Lane turnoff.

Occasionally, some sat navs direct cars past Godalming Station and up a lane that becomes a very narrow tarmacked bridle path that is inaccessible at the top – please do not follow this route as there is nowhere to turn around and it will considerably delay your journey.
