Fitzpatrick Referrals is dedicated to the prevention and treatment of orthopaedic, neurological, oncological and soft tissue disease in small animals.

We strive to push the boundaries of possibility and surgical endeavour to do our best for each and every animal and to provide referring vets and pet owners with access to all possible options in the management of a variety of clinical conditions.

Our patients’ best interests are always at the core of our clinical decisions and we are committed to providing the best compassionate care, surgical excellence and rehabilitation for animals – the gold standard of care.

Services Overview

Through the dedication of our clinicians and extended patient care team we are able to treat a variety of clinical conditions. Some of which conditions are managed routinely and some of which require more bespoke intervention.

All of our services also deal with emergency referrals from primary care vets or other veterinary specialists on a day to day basis from trauma cases e.g. road traffic accidents, fractures and a variety of emergency conditions that require that more unique, specialist veterinary intervention and care.

At Fitzpatrick Referrals the majority of our patients require diagnostic imaging procedures. This can vary from standard radiography to advanced diagnostic imaging e.g. MRI or CT.

Fitzpatrick Referrals believes that good rehabilitation is integral to the success of orthopaedic and neuro-surgical intervention, promoting increased mobility, reducing pain, inflammation and recovery time.

We are the only veterinary practice in the country with an in-house team of Chartered Physiotherapists for inpatients and outpatients.
